Paint Correction
Paint Correction is a great way to improve the gloss and remove defects on your clear coat! Through either a one step or two step paint correction, you can achieve this. Polishing levels the coating to the level of the "marring" or swirls to achieve an even surface. A ceramic coating or some form of protection is highly recommended to keep this look for an extended period!

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
Paint Correction will not remove deeper scratches, a general rule of THUMB to use: if you can feel the scratch with your nail, it most likely cannot be removed without touch up paint and sanding. However it will remove things like paint transfer, swirls, and other defects. It will highly increase the gloss and depth of your paint, and give it the desired look. This is also recommended before applying a ceramic coating for a better bond; however, still optional.
-Paint correction is a time consuming task, two step paint corrections can take 12 hours or more depending on the size of the vehicle, overnight storage may be necessary!
What's the difference between a one step and two step paint correction?
A one step paint correction will use an intermediate cutting pad and compound to achieve the most cutting ability with the least haze. It will remove 40% - 70% of imperfections.
A two step paint correction uses a heavy cutting pad and compound, followed by a finishing pad and compound to achieve the most cutting ability with no haze and the best finish. It will remove 70% - 95% of defects.
